Can I Upgrade My Rental Piano?
Yes, you can upgrade your rental piano to a higher priced model any time after the initial 6 months rental period. For further information call Roland Rentals on 1300 65 67 65

How Do I Return My Piano?
Simply phone 1300 65 67 65 and Roland Rentals can arrange to have your rental piano collected, please note
that delivery charges apply.

Insurance
Roland Rentals has transit insurance that covers the piano against damage during delivery. Once the piano is in your home, you are liable for any theft or damage and we recommend adding the piano to your household contents insurance.

Warranty
All Roland Rental pianos are made in Japan and are backed by a 5 year (parts and labour) warranty from the commencement of the rental period. In the rare event that your instrument needs attention, for capital city metropolitan areas, this would be a free in-house service.

Can I Purchase My Rental Piano?
Yes, when you rent a piano from Roland Rentals you have the option of purchasing the instrument at any time after 6 months. For more details, please see the Rent To Own option

What Maintenance Is Required?
Unlike an acoustic piano, a digital piano never needs tuning, is portable and, aside from occasional cleaning, requires no maintenance.

What Comes With the Pianos?
All Roland Rental Pianos include the bench, owners manual, music book (except Studio model), powerlead and music rest.
